Busy AI’s Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of AI Voice Agent services ("Service") provided by Text Back Ai Limited, trading as Busy AI ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our Service, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Service.
2. Service Description
Our AI Voice Agent provides automated voice communication services, including but not limited to, inbound and outbound calls, customer support, appointment scheduling, and other telecommunication functionalities.
3. Subscription Plans and Usage
3.1. Clients may subscribe to different service plans, each offering a specified number of AI Voice Agent call minutes per billing cycle.
3.2. The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue service plans and pricing at any time with prior notice.
4. Additional Call Minutes and Charges
4.1. If a client exceeds the allocated minutes per month of the Sub100 subscription, currently 100 minutes per month, additional minutes will be charged for at 0.50 pence per minute.
4.2. The Company will not notify clients when their usage approaches or exceeds the allocated minutes. Clients are responsible for monitoring their usage and ensuring sufficient minutes remain in their plan.
4.3. Charges for additional minutes will be automatically billed at the end of the billing cycle. Minutes not used when a client terminates their Busy AI subscription completely will not be credited.
4.4. The Company reserves the right to suspend or limit services if excessive usage is detected without prior arrangement.
5. Payment and Billing
5.1. Clients agree to provide valid payment information and authorise the Company to charge for subscription fees, additional call minutes, SMS / text messages and any applicable taxes.
5.2. Payments are due on a recurring basis as per the billing cycle selected. Billing is calculated at a rate of £10 per day based on a 30 day month, ie; £300 per month, with payment taken on the first day of a new month, in advance. If the subscription starts before the first day of a new month, a pro rata payment to cover the number of days until the end of the month will be required. This payment will be invoiced for in the first full month of your subscription. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.
5.3. Any disputes regarding charges must be raised within 15 days of the billing date.
6. Service Availability and Liability
6.1. While we strive to ensure uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Technical failures, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances may impact availability.
6.2. The Company is not liable for any losses, damages, or disruptions caused by service interruptions or errors.
7. Client Responsibilities
7.1. Clients are responsible for the ethical and lawful use of the AI Voice Agent.
7.2. The Company reserves the right to terminate services if a client engages in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.
8. Data Privacy and Security
8.1. The Company collects and processes data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
8.2. Clients agree not to misuse or share confidential information obtained through the AI Voice Agent.
9. Modifications to Terms
9.1. The Company may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
10.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or courts in the United Kingdom.

12. Termination of Subscription Services
If you wish to cancel your Ai Voice Agent Subscription Service, please provide your request at least 2 weeks prior to your next billing date, in writing, and send to Busy AI, 58 London Street, Swaffham, Norfolk PE37 7DJ.
